Web Conference Room Marketing Strategies

Shuffling your Web Conference Room Trainings

As an experienced web conference room trainer, I wanted to share a little insite about shuffling the content of web conference room trainings. This is really a marketing strategy.

I have many web conference room topics that I train on over a couple of months time. I have found that if I shuffle the topics and only repeat a training every month or so I keep a higher attendance in my web conference room.

Many times I will have just finished training on a subject and have people start asking when I'll be training on that topic again. I have found if I let the anticipation grow for at least a few weeks, give them just the MP3 recording of the last training, by the time I'm ready to train again on that subject not only with the people who are asking show up, but they bring friends with them.

MP3 recordings are good but it's not like being in the live class. They can't see the pages I'm pulling up in the browser or what I'm bringing to the white board.

Sometimes I sit back and think how web conference room trainings have impacted my business and I'm blown away. Most people when they are looking for a new business opportunity want to sponsor under someone who is available to train them and show them the ropes so to speak. When you have a regular training schedule of many web conference room trainings weekly it's impressive to that new person and it assures them that someone is as close as their computer to help them.

Web Conference Room Braging Rights

Just last week I had a someone contact me about what I did online. I was funny he was telling me how he had just joined this "HOT new company" due to launch next week. He said his sponsor was very successful.. made mega bucks in another venture and is now starting her own venture and will be training him.

I just had to sit back and smile. I heard this story so many times before.. it's crazy. So I asked who this "superstar" was.. did a google search.. and just as I thought he had been feed a line. This person was listed once on Google for a myspace page at #75. (She had a common name most of the results were about someone else NOT the "Superstar")

I went on to ask what kind of training had this "superstar" promised. I got the answer "Oh they are going to be doing the first phone call this week" It's sad when I see this happen. Now maybe this "New Company" will be one of the few that make it and maybe this "Superstar" will really take a hold and start training. The odds are against it though.

Once I shared my regular web conference training schedule and the track record of a couple of successful businesses. The "HOT new company" and the promise of the " Superstar" training didn't look near as appealing.

Think about the power of web conference room trainings. If I didn't have regular scheduled web conference room trainings, this conversation wouldn't have been near as simple. One nice thing about marketing on the net it's not hard to verify information. A "Superstar" better be able to back up the claims with content in Google.

The marketing strategies using web conference rooms are endless. The best place to learn these marketing strategies is to attend our live web conference room trainings. Off the top of my head I'm not sure how many web conference room trainings are held in Veretekk each week , but there is lots. As more people learn about VereConference more trainings will be added. I personally host 4 to 8 trainings weekly.
